Amphibious 4WD SHERP
6.1. 2017 | Unassigned

This vehicle was constructed in Russia in order to beat demanding environment as tundra or swamps. It has two variants: ABM and PRO. The PRO has zinc-plated frame and special aluminium body. Its size is compact: 3400 x 2520 x 2300 and the weight is 1300 kg but it can carry up to 1000 kg of load. It is equipped with Japanese 1.5 litre diesel engine Kubota-V1505-t / E3B and 5-speed manual gearbox.

Unique Sherp wheels enable this 4WD vehicle to safely float and the low-pressure tyres are interconnected and are mutually able to pump air over. This system saves the tyre whose weight is 85 kg. If you hit a hard obstacle, the system immediately draws off undesirable pressure. Its inflation is another clever invention: it is not only air inside the tyres, they are filled with exhaust fumes. Windshield is also special: it is tiltable. SHERP is elite 4WD for demanding customers.
